Thanks to some good old fashioned police work it was soon discovered that this woman was actually drunk. It's hard to tell in the video, but trust me. She's loaded.
WARNING: Language - I don't know what to make of this video. It is kind of funny to see how seriously these guys take their new sport. They say they ride tractors but they just look like modified lawn mowers to me. :)
