(updatefrom Peter L.:Unfortunately, the above clip is not real (it'd be even funnier if it were) but is from a TV comedy show called Drop the Dead Donkey broadcast some years ago on BBC2 in the U.K. The actor playing the reporter is Stephen Tomkinson and the programme was set in a TV news room. A very funny, satirical and, at the time, topical, programme.)
